Elandela is a fantastic game lodge located in the Greater Kruger near Hoedspruit. The lodge is perfect for families as it allows children on game drives and due to the special design of the game reserve you're able to take self guided game walks to view giraffe, zebra and antelope! The lodge is known for its white lions, which are regularly seen.

Fly in to Hoedspruit Airport (flights clients own expense) and be met on arrival at the airport. You will be transferred to Elandela Private Game Reserve.
In the afternoon head out on an open vehicle game drive (time permitting). Great care has been taken with the design and decoration of the rustic buildings of your accommodation in order to provide you with a taste of Africa during your stay. You'll be amazed at the high quality of African cuisine served for dinner.

Time at Elandela is your own so you don't have to stick to a stringent itinerary. We suggest that you get up early and head out on a morning game drive. Animals are more activity in the early morning and late afternoon, away from the midday heat.

Today venture into the Kruger NP for a full day's game viewing excursion. You'll only get to cover a small amount of the Park as it is 350kms long and 65kms wide!
Return to the lodge for another fantastic dinner. It may be a boma dinner tonight around the fire.

Set off on a day trip to the Blyde River Canyon, the largest green canyon in the world! The scenerary is spectacular and the views from the 3 Rondavels and God's Window will take your breath away!

Head out on one last morning game drive or enjoy a well deserved sleep in. Be transferred back to the airport in time to meet your onward flight arrangements.

head out on a morning game drive then in the afternoon do a game walk! Game walks are exciting and your ranger will inform you about all creatures, great and small.
