I adore the vast tracts of pristine wilderness in both Australia and Africa; both have stunning landscapes, but Africa, with its multitude of wild animals protected in reserves, is quietly addictive… The serenity of natural order is punctuated by dramatic and exciting events…
and is a real retreat in an otherwise chaotic world.
